Non-standard Server Messages

I have been hitting 404 server messages a lot lately when I was testing my website. I got sick of it pretty quickly. It kept looking for some pages that did not exists. Sometimes it was due to wrong paths in the program, or application configuration, or Apache ModRewrite rules... Oh obii.. Anyhow, I began to appreciate some non-default non-standard server message. =)

From Gmail:
Gmail is temporarily unavailable. Cross your fingers and try again in a few minutes. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

From Orkut: (you get this pretty often as you browse there long enough. ;p)

Bad, bad server. No donut for you

Unfortunately, the orkut.com server has acted out in an unexpected way. Hopefully, it will return to its helpful self if you try again in a few minutes.

It's likely that the server will behave this way on occasion during the coming months. We apologize for the inconvenience and for our server's lack of consideration for others.

From Bomb Site:
(you gotta see it yourself. =)

Thanks for showing an interest in my 404 page. I have to say that it is not my invention but I can't remember where it came from. It was a dedicated 404 site somewhere. Anyway the problem is that the link you have should be a re-direct which wasn't working but I've fixed it now. If you want to continue the link use http://thebombsite.com/error/hal404.php instead. Thanks again.
