I have a pretty iPod 3G myself and I am still pretty much in love with it. But iRiver H300 makes my hands itch a bit and want to get my hands on one. What attracts me the most about iRiver over iPod (from spec) is its color screen, 2x battery life, and support for JPEG images.
Will it become as big as iPod? I don't know...
